Absolute joke of a service department, they cant get you a Jeep Wrangler oil filter based on year make and model without a vin number
First time customer of this dealership, and it had been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I’ve had. Very poor communication and decision making by their Service dept and no accountability. Their Service Manager was very rude on the phone. Practices and systems known to frustrate customers apparently haven't been changed by Chrysler/Jeep in decades. I would not recommend buying their vehicles or - if you own one- having it serviced here.
