I purchased a new dodge hornet at Coast Chrysler dodge jeep north about two weeks ago. The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help me get into a new vehicle that suited my downsizing needs. At the forefront of all of this was Maryam Karimi. She embodies what I believe to be the perfect sales person. Incredibly kind, doting, and never made me feel pressured into making a deal. I brought my jeep which is under my business to fix back mirrors and front bumper. They said we are working with ICBC but it seems they are not a vendor creditor. They could tell me in a first place so I don’t have to drive my car with no back mirror in this rainy season. After waiting one month of follow up ICBC told me you could fix your mirror right away with creditor store as I tried to keep working with them I waited two more weeks when I found that they submitted with different platform. This Jeep service is unbelievable. Here is thing I brought my car 4 months ago to fix the cooler problem. They charged me around $700 to fix it. They also charged me the diagnostic fee + other fees. In two months I had the same problem. I brought again and I asked them is your previous service guarantee? They said yes. Now they tell me it is another issue and I ask them kindly let me pick up my car to show somewhere else. They said you have to pay diagnostic fee.
