* Foundation Neurology put in the wrong billing code twice for my boyfriend’s EMG test. I have medical reimbursement (TASC) that would have paid the deductible they billed of over $300 had the billing office submitted the bill right the first time. It took almost 8 months for them to get the adjusted bill and never contacted us that this issue was occurring until we randomly received the bill in the mail.
