i had a problem in my home, Todd came over, the very next day. after a careful assessment he concluded that my problem did not require foundation work and is an internal flooring issue. He could have recommended foundation work to make money for his company, but recommended otherwise which saved me a lot of money. There was no charge for the technical assessment. We contacted Foundation Medix (FM) to evaluate a sloping concrete slab in our garage. Scheduling the free estimate was easy. After viewing our garage and discussing the issue with us, FM promptly submitted a proposal for our review. The overall plan was to place several push piers to stabilize the slab.
