Very rude and unprofessional employees at the front desk. They obviously hate their job. Combative and unpleasant to talk to. After I finally made my appointment with another lady. The first person called me back to say she didn't have and attitude... with an attitude. I sure hope those phone calls were recorded. She hung up on me but she states "the call dropped" why didn't it drop when you handed the phone to another employee?
This is a high end psychiatry practice that looks more like a spa inside. The staff ia friendly and providers are knowledgeable and professional!
I love the building it's beautiful inside their office and everyone is super nice. Also, I loved seeing women of color in a professionally setting.
they are so nice. they’re kind people and will make sure you are okay and understand the processes fully before proceeding. they accept a lot of different insurances which is amazing. i made over a 3 hour drive to visit them based on their reviews and am so happy with it. they also offer virtual appointments too which is amazing.
I’d avoid calling them “lazy” or making claims that could sound defamatory. A stronger review is more believable when it sticks to your direct experience and opinions.
