I had some stair steps cracks on one corner of my home. I called four foundation contractors and got four different opinions. Foundation masters said the cracks are weathered cracks and do not appear to be actually moving Jeff took a razor knife and scared the wall where the crack ends, he said next year after a season change see if the crack travels past the mark he made, this will tell us if theres active movement then we will take another look. That's honestly at its finest thanks Jeff I'll call you next year !
I hired **** to remove an interior wall to make the living room and the kitchen open. **** installed a carbon fiber 2x12 beam he made it look easy. Well done ****

This project was simple, the wall was not load bearing! However, with the long span of the 2nd floor 2x4 truss system (known for having a bouncing effect with long spans) above its best to put a beam in! I had a sinkhole appear in my backyard after a big storm. I called foundation masters and they said we need to do a couple hand augeer soil samples in the same area. Well to my suppris the past owner who built the home 20 years ago apparently buried garbage and construction derbies. Foundation masters said we have two options. Dig out the derbies and fill the hole with clean fill, or bring in some dirt every 3-5 years and fill as required. We picked option #2 as the also recommend by Jeff. Thanks foundation masters

Buried construction debris, are a very common problem in Florida! In your case there's no foundation settlement related to the dissolving debris below the surface, (lucky you) just add clean fill as needed to keep the area level with the rest of the yard, no worries. Remember, keep an eye on the affected area at the start of the rain season, as this is when settlement will likely be most active! Always feel free to call us any time!

I have worked there for about 8 months total. He payed us late and tired to fight all his workers on the job site. He threaten me and my family and have all the text messages to prove it. He also threaten to rape my fiancé. He also has written a page about me to silence me from talking and wrote nothing but lies. Also has been in jail and stop work due to it. Stay away from Jeff. Our experience with Foundation Masters, LLC and specifically Jeff E*** was very unpleasant. Foundation Masters, LLC did perform the contracted work but during the process destroyed some of our beautiful hedges and damaged our sprinkler system. They were more concerned with getting paid than doing a quality job. The work involved stabilization of an existing retaining wall.
