Foundation Manual PT is an outstanding practice. PT’s are highly educated with advanced degrees. They listen to me and help me understand what is happening with my muscles and the rest of my body. I am riding a stationary bike for the first time in many years. I highly recommend this practice.

Over the years I have been thru various experiences with PT and this has been by far the most effective.
