The staff at Foundation Manual Physical Therapy are amazing. Providing thoughtful personalized care specific to each patient. Unlike your typical physical therapy experience where you do exercises solo and the therapist spends maybe 15 minutes with you, the team at Foundation spend a full hour per appointment one on one with each patient. A special thank you to the amazing Doug and Sara for all of your help with my rotator cuff rehab.
As a retired Physical Therapist, all I can say is Doug and team operate the way PT was designed to be implemented. One on one individualized non cookie-cutter therapy for one hour sessions. All have advanced manual skills and design exercises for functional activities. Looking at how the entire body moves is a refreshing approach that isn’t commonly practiced. Dr. Brian Vasick is, without question, the best physical therapist I have ever had. His depth of knowledge is truly unbelievable — he doesn't just treat symptoms, he actually finds and fixes the root of the problem. What sets him apart is that he is completely present and engaged for the entire hour-long session. There's no being handed off to an aide or left on your own with a resistance band — he is hands-on the whole time. I’ve been seeing Sara for a few years off and on for a number of issues. She’s helped me with a hip replacement, knee replacement and most recently with my chronic headaches. All of my maladies have been “Cured” by Sara! She’s professional, friendly and takes time to explain what’s going on with my body. You get one on one treatment with Sara for the whole hour as you do with all the therapists at Foundation. I love going to PT because of Sara, she’s done me a world of good!!
60 minutes, 1 on 1 treatments, no techs. All therapists have advanced certifications. Brian helped me immensely get back on two feet after foot surgery. Conveniently located, easy parking, and appointment times that worked with my schedule. Quiet and calm environment. Cannot recommend this place enough!
