Always 1 to 2 hours wait time. Super slow. Sketchy looking lab, avoid if possible
Horrible place specially for kids, unprofessional dirty and very rude employees, both girls that work on Saturday should be retrained to treat patients they are unorganized, and they don't care for patients.
Bad practice and inexperienced, I will never come back to this place, the staff is new and inexperienced, they only hurt my son, the assistant had no experience and was constantly asking the woman in charge how she should do it, the inexperienced woman caused the needle to not suck out the blood but rather the opposite causing the blood to return to the body, and that caused my son to faint, I told her to stop and once my son reacted and came back to consciousness, I took him out of there immediately, we had to do the lab te... read more
After waiting an hour and a half Friday morning, I was called back only to be told how rude I was because they heard me laughing with other women in the waiting room. We had nothing bad to say about the girls running the place. We knew they were busy. We were just passing the time, never been treated so unprofessionally there before and they bruised my arm a lot!!
