Place is a joke. Says their open and they don't come i. Until they want. Had to call a supervisor to get the employee in to work. Say they open at 7am. It's 8:16 am
Very fast and nice workers. Nice and clean place. Don't mind going there at all what so ever.
Catherine is such a sweetheart, I’ve unfortunately had to regularly come to the clinic for health issues. Catherine has always made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had making the experience feel less stressful and more welcoming. It’s upsetting that the laboratory is closing, I now have to go to a new location for my blood work. I always felt nervous when drawing blood. I came across this lab back on November 2nd of last year. I've always gone to their other location in North Rialto. But that day it was late and the north Rialto location was already closed. Ever since I've been here a few other times, most recent was last week for some blood work and today to pick up my results. And I just want to say that Catherine the phlebotomist has always been exceptionally professional and courteous with me. She is the reason why I decided to keep coming back to this location.
