If I Call in and ask is there a lot of people ahead and you tell me there is not. And I show up to a lobby full of people then just say so and stop wasting people's times.
I went today 7-11 & it was sooo busy when I got there. There was only 1 phlebotomist! I felt so bad for her! I hope she gets a raise or a promotion for working the whole time with no break or lunch! She even had to close the office an hour later. I think her name was Cynthia, a true hard worker right there.
The people that work there are very nice and very gentle when drawing ur blood.
Some days there are 3 people working here but most often it is only 2. People often complain about the wait time, expecting 2 to 3 employees to be able to handle the paperwork and multiple tests for so many patients and then what, leave in 30mins because they think it's going to be quick and easy. 15 patients show up before they even open, bringing a caregiver and their spouse and 2 children and another 15 patients do the exact same thing every half hour for the next 4 hours.
