I came here today for blood work and the lady who helped me was really sweet and kind. I didn't catch her name but she was great and had me in and out quickly.

Called and asked if you need an appointment and she said no walk on only. I asked if they were busy right then. She said not at all. At that point you would think she would EXPLAIN THAT THEY HAVE LUNCH RIGHT THEN THOUGH!!! LIKE WHAT IS WRONG WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS! ALL THESE DINGBATS ARE ALWAYS OUT TO LUNCH!!!
