I waited 45 minutes in line with my child, only to be told they don’t take kids, and no one mentioned that until after the long wait. The place is a small, cramped room right in front of the restroom, and honestly, it looked dirty and unprofessional. Don’t go there with children. The whole setup felt disorganized and unhygienic. Very disappointing.
The place is too dirty, messy and looks contaminated. Nothing is clean and organized. The nurse not acting professional. No privacy. Very small area. No reception, you write your name on the paper they put on wall, and when blood draws done , she asks you to cross your name. I can not trust that the results are correct or not. Its s not deserved even to give one star. It’s ways under zero.
The main thing with this laboratory is, no one answers the phone calls on either location. Otherwise the service is fine.
The nurse was nice and professional. She drew my blood quickly and painlessly, which is usually very difficult with my veins. She also changed her gloves before the procedure. However, they turned the bathroom into a lab—that is unbelievable! 🤦♀️
