The services at this place is horrible, absolutely terrible. They take hours to attend to you, and when they finally do, they have a bad attitude. To make it worse, the laboratory personal doesn’t even know the codes she needs to write in the test tubes and has to call someone on the phone just to ask what to write. Today the “Laboratory staff” (which is just two people) caused a massive scene with a patient. Zero personal skills, zero empathy, zero professionalism. This place is a circus.
The older lady before was a sweetheart. She was very nice professional and quick. The new ladies are slow and rude. Especially the one inputting the information in the computer. I would never return to this place again. THIS IS A WARNING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
I was very hesitant to come to this location because of all the bad ratings they had but honestly Anna was very professional and quick and I had a good experience.
They don't have a working phone number. It's disconnected.
People who work here assume you work for them Waited for 1 h and 30 min with only two patients a head of us I had to leave as my diabetic mom's blood sugar dropped significantly Still Anna, the staff, believed she has the right to treat us with anger and hatred This is awful service
