charged for something that was covered by my insurance. when i called to clear it up they said it was out of there hands because they sent it to collections despite it only being a day. when i called collections to clear it up they said they don't have access to the medical records or ability to discuss medical issues. that's the scam. they charge for reasons you can appeal easily but instantly hand it over to collections so no one can hear your appeal thus stealing the amount or forcing you to evade a collection agency. the... read more
