Very Poor communication. I called two days prior confirming my lab will take an hour and Juliana confirmed Friday it is okay to come in at 12:20 since they close at 2pm and they would still be able to run my labs. I arrived and no one was in the front to greet me which I figured they would be right back and there is a Paper that said sign in and take a seat, so I did. I waited 35 minutes which was now 12:50 and was told they can not run my labs because now it is 12:50 and front desk just came back from lunch so I just got ch... read more
Place is small but staff is very efficient. They get you in and out very quickly so your wait time is short. Staff is very friendly.
Love the girls working here. They are very very nice and kind..
No negative feedback, good phlebotomist, in and out with ease.
