This place is so unprofessional. They are hardly open. When you check on the website, it indicates they open at 9am but it’s a lie. It’s best to completely close the business if you’re understaffed than have people drive for 20 miles or so only to find. the place closed! By the way, it’s not the first time it’s happening. This is my third time to find this place closed.
January 26, 2026 (2 hour waiting time! ) These people over book appointments. I’m changing doctors today this is crazy! Very unprofessional and safety hazard to have more than 10 patients standing outside in the hall way since the 8 chairs inside were all taken. It’s not worth the wait.

The phlebotomist Sara is amazing at her job. She always finds my veins so fast and she has a very light hand and very experienced. I definitely recommend going to this location because of Sara!
