If i could i would give zero star,lady’s who are working this place are too slow and they don’t pay attention to sign in list and they wasted my time
I came to this location after going to the one on Devonshire and found it closed. There was a number on the door but when I called it severally, it was unavailable until someone came and told us that it’s closed because the person working there is sick. Hmm! Looks like there is only one person working there which explains why I always find it closed. So, this gentleman tells us to go to this one on Roscoe blvd. This place is so unprofessional! There is a lot of desorganitation there. They take breaks all the time . Long waiting lines. I still don’t know why this place still running.
The place and the management is awful but I found some one that was amazing and couldn’t believe she is real there the lady help me a lot and she was only one that understood my situation and beside that she waited for me even during her lunch time she did the great job with taking the blood test no pain no bruises I give her 5 stars her name is lidia 🙏❤️
