Unprofessional had written sheet of paper about when coming back “off break” on door, proceeded to still be locked after stated back time from break . Continued to hear people inside finally opened the door after knocking countless times & said they don’t have a computer to be able to retrieve what I need because they’ll be closing in about a month. So ridiculous when I had called in advance & was notified I can go to any location to retrieve my results.

They are closing. No one was in the front. An Armenian woman finally came up to the front wearing dirty gloves touching the paperwork front desk ect. I told her that she should not be wearing the dirty gloves and she said everything is Contaminated. Like She didn't care at all.

If i could i would give zero star,lady’s who are working this place are too slow and they don’t pay attention to sign in list and they wasted my time

I came to this location after going to the one on Devonshire and found it closed. There was a number on the door but when I called it severally, it was unavailable until someone came and told us that it’s closed because the person working there is sick. Hmm! Looks like there is only one person working there which explains why I always find it closed. So, this gentleman tells us to go to this one on Roscoe blvd. This place is so unprofessional!
