Shoutout to Gavin. Best service advisor there is. This car has been a nightmare and any other Kia is awful to me. This guy will communicate properly. Not make you feel stupid or crazy. Listens. And doesn’t try to sell you on unnecessary stuff. He gets the job done. And gets it done in a timely manner. Thank you Gavin. You are the only trusted advisor I have. Foundation Kia is lucky to have him on the team. I won’t work with anyone else.
Gavin was great to work with, easy communication, quick service and was able to get Uber’d back to work and picked up after service.
Incompetent scam artists! After someone broke into my car, I was told that this repair would only take a couple days. I went to pick it up and they told me that they had to keep it through the weekend because they damaged something on their own. Mind you, they told me this after I had already arrived on the planned day to pick it up. I ended up having to miss multiple days of work and I am out $1400 because of these people.
