Foundation insurance agency is a DISASTER. Zero customer service, no call back, left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and frankly agents could care less. I cannot get my account out of here fast enough.
Jack was great to work with. Answered all my questions and was able to show us how we could improve the coverages that we had. I felt like I could trust what Jack was showing us and feel good about our decisions.
I think the communication was first rate as we worked through the various issues. Katherine was my agent and I highly recommend her. I ended up utilizing Foundation for home, auto, and business. Great coverage at competitive rates.
