I did an out of state purchase during the Pandemic. From the beginning of the purchase process it was an absolute nightmare to get any kind of contact from my salesperson Sam. I spoke to and emailed with multiple sales managers before finally escalating to the General Sales manager who made sure the deal was finally completed. I had a disappointing experience working with Traiton at this dealership. I called ahead to schedule a test drive for a Nissan Rogue, and while the car was ready when I arrived, it was blasting music at an uncomfortably loud volume. On top of that, the vehicle had visible damages, including a cracked windshield and a broken bumper, which was not mentioned beforehand or in the ad.
