Such and beautiful and friendly clinic. Jalayne took the time to answer all my questions.
Great services and great staff. Jalayne and Noelle are wonderful. This is a great place to get iv therapy, weight loss help, hormone therapy and now they have skincare services. They make you feel so welcome.
First visit... Jalayne Faulhaber, CNP makes you feel very comfortable. They are very friendly welcoming group. Listened to my needs and concerns and never felt rushed or pressured.
I went to see Jalayne at Foundation Health and Wellness and it was a wonderful experience. Her office was clean, organized, and smelt amazing! She helped me with my urgent care visits and I felt extremely confident leaving! Also, while there, I learned about a bunch of wonderful other services she offer such as IVs, facials, and other aesthetics! I am definitely getting one of these as a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas!
