My first visit to Foundation Health and Wellness. My wife is a patient and has been very pleased so far, so I opted to try their services as well. Overall, super friendly and professional staff. Was really happy with their conservative approach to health care. Looking forward to seeing and feeling healthy progress!

I never feel rushed during appointments, and she always takes the time to understand my concerns and meet me where I am. As someone who works in behavioral health, I know how important it is to feel heard and respected, and unfortunately, that’s not always the experience people have in healthcare. Jaylene provides compassionate, patient-centered care, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely cares.
Jalayne was great I would recommend her to anyone I can. She was able to squeeze me in on short notice. She is very professional, very personable, and took the time to explain my injury with care!
