Our family of four has been with Foundation since day one. Though we've seen our share of new Foundation doctors come and go over the years, they've always maintained an excellent level of care and continuity across each of our family members.
This place is a joke- it does not save you from any headaches like traditional healthcare, it creates headaches and is extremely unprofessional not answering the phone or emails when an issue does arise- at least traditional healthcare will answer the phone.. Here’s my experience as a warning: I came in here to have 2 very simple things done in my first month and was prepared to sign up long term should the service be satisfactory- blood tests and a lesion frozen off. There’s a reason Dr. Jen is mentioned a million times, and that’s it. I was a patient in 2019, and she was amazing. The clinic never let patients know she was leaving, and it went downhill from there. I just received a patient portal message from them. Update your information. That’s ridiculous.
Every week Nathalie fixes whatever hurts. She’s cured my lower back pain, Achilles injury, etc.. I highly recommend her treatment.
