A physician at this practice ordered lots of expensive bloodwork 2 months ago then never called me to interpret or discuss the results. I messaged the office over a month ago and have received no response. Avoid this practice.
What an awesome experience! The office staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I met with Elizabeth Birch, APRN.. and I highly recommend you do too if given the opportunity. She is amazing at what she does! She listens, great bedside manner, very thorough and she really really cares! Such a good person! You and your family are in great hands here.
If I could give zero stars I would. Was seen in ER for severe abdominal Pain. Referred to these people for Colitis. First they couldn't see me until September then they only time they do ER follow ups is at 10:15 am and 10:30am. I explained I could not do those times without taking an entire day off of work. Staff stated they would let the Office Manager know of my concerns.
