If I could give zero stars I would. Was seen in ER for severe abdominal Pain. Referred to these people for Colitis. First they couldn't see me until September then they only time they do ER follow ups is at 10:15 am and 10:30am. I explained I could not do those times without taking an entire day off of work. Staff stated they would let the Office Manager know of my concerns. Went in for my appointment and the nurses and doctors were amazing. Even got VIP treatment as I was personally shown how to get to radiology by a business director.
I saw Nurse practitioner Elizabeth Birch today she was so professional and kind and knowledgeable helped me with all my concerns to move forward to book my procedures the entire office is wonderful and helpful the medical assistant and receptionist are professional and helpful and friendly and Kyle Savage the Practice manager was so helpful and friendly iam so grateful to have this great team as my Providers thank you so much!
My wife has had serious health problems for several years. She had a good gastroenterologist in FL but needed to find one in NH since we moved back. Our experience with Sharon Smith at Foundation Gastro far exceeded her expectations. Her stress over finding a new Dr is gone.
Would give 0 if possible. If you want a care team who actually cares about your health, do NOT come here. They gaslight and caused immense hurdles preventing critical care. The nurse (Hannah) and manager (Kurt) in particular were horrendous to deal with.
