Foundation Fitness is a wonderful fitness facility and has something for literally everyone regardless of age, ability or limitations. The equipment is top notch and there’s plenty of room to train in a CLEAN environment. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have. If you haven’t stopped by to check this place out make it a priority in the near future.
