I could not believe how efficiently and quickly the refinance process was. Most everything is completed via phone, on-line or fax, and when it's time for the closing- the closing staff will come to your home. This refinance was so simple. Sara and Ryan made sure to answer all of our questions and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Sara , you were the greatest, don't change anything. You were always very prompt on everything. I couldn't be happier. I was hoping to buy the farm with the pay out but am fine with the lower interest rate. I bought my Hummer back and Elsa traded her HHR in and bought a Hummer 3 so now we have 2. Finished the basement an my daughter is settled in. Mabu next year if everything goes good and a few more improvements on the house, we will try again and find and the good deal on a small farm.
