Foundation Experts has done a lot of work for us since we bought our house, which turned out to have a lot of problems, in 2012. While in the basement of our home we recently discovered horizontal cracks along mortar lines in our Cement Masonry Unit (CMU) foundation wall. Nick and team did a fantastic job waterproofing our basement and installing a sump pump back in 2014. Our basement had previously flooded with every hard rain, but it has remained completely dry ever since. Nick is highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, with none of the high-pressure sales tactics we had encountered with other waterproofing companies. They have come back for periodic free and thorough inspections ever since the work was complete, even 6 years later. We highly recommend Foundation Experts.
Foundation Experts has been fantastic from the start. Nick is responsive, knowledgeable and courteous and his team is skilled, professional and polite. Their work on our home was done on-time, quickly and efficiently and, one year in, is holding up extremely well even with all the rain we received in 2020. They even check in and perform a follow-up visit to ensure all is well. I cannot recommend them enough - they're as good as it gets!

The company repaired vertical cracks in the foundation wall by excavating down to the footer and addressing on both sides. Previous repairs by others who simply installed epoxy failed miserably. The company is the best contractor I have ever worked with. They were responsive and did outstanding work in stabilizing our foundation. They took care of all permits, inspections and engineer reports all in a timely manner. Even a few years after performing the work they have been in touch and extremely helpful in consulting with inspectors during the sale of our home. Other building contractors that came to our home were amazed at the quality of the foundation work done by Nick and his team. I would highly recommend them.
