Had 2 vertical cracks in basement wall about 6-7 feet long. Contacted Foundation Experts LLC to evaluate and repair. They were very professional and timely in scheduling the work. On the day of repairs, they explained everything they were doing and how long it would take to complete. After the job was completed they made sure to clean up the area, and even left it better than when they came arrived. We are in the process of selling our house and a question about a crack in the foundation came up from the buyers. I contacted Foundation Experts who responded very quickly, came to the house for an inspection and were able to give me a letter from an engineer that we only had a cosmetic issue. I had a small isolated leak in my basement from a PVC pipe going outside through the foundation. I had contacted Foundation Experts on a Monday and Nick returned my call that day and came to look at the basement the following day. He knew exactly what to do to repair it and sent me a professional and detailed quote the next day. I agreed to that and Nick and his crew was here that Friday to do the work. In August of this year, our family’s General Store in Chester County had a foundation wall collapse suddenly.
