We purchased our home in 2023. Our agent recommended calling in Foundation Experts, LLC to perform the structural inspection in our crawlspace. The company sent an engineer and a construction manager and gave us a detailed report. In January we hire the company to replace a beam in the crawlspace. We brought two other contractors into our home for their bid. Company perform work on our apartment foundation and did a great job. Owner on site. All credentials for employees were present at all times. Highly recommend.
Foundation Experts worked as a subcontractor to help our builder design a new foundation for our home. They replaced 2 walls in our basement and we never had to leave our house. Highly recommend.
