I wish I could give 0 stars. I left this dealership feeling like I was being taken advantage of simply because I am a woman. The appointment was under my name, and I was the one who called and spoke with them directly about the work my car needed. When I received the service pricing, I was shocked, especially by one charge in particular. I understand that automotive work includes labor costs, but a $629 price tag to remove 4 locking lug nuts and replace them with standard lug nuts on my tires seemed high. We’re visiting from KC, & our truck was vandalized Thursday morning at our hotel. It was a miracle that Foundation Chevy was able to get it fixed and back to us before the Labor Day weekend so we could go home. Foundation Chevy literally saved us. Shout out to Brandon & Butch to find the only gas tank in the state for us, transported it from Colorado Springs same day, and a BIG Shout out to Robert in service to make it happen all on short notice. *ABSOLUTELY NO THANKS TO ALPINE GMC. TERRIBLE. PLEASE GO TO FOUNDATION CHEVY!!!

Horrible experience, brought my truck in for a recall and was told my leaf springs were lose. Gave them the go ahead to fix it. Showed up to pick my truck up and was told at the time they weren't able to fix it. So after being dropped off and told my truck was ready, and it is not and I am driving out of here in a unsafe truck. Definitely won't be back. And to top it off they lost my key fob. I would avoid this dealership at all costs
