All I can say is they apparently have a problem with there service department cause I get no response the manager which is a woman after 3 weeks has yet to call me and tried to tell me my running miles comes to 60000 miles on my truck so im out of my warranty on my 2024 Tahoe good thing I got a extended warranty considering it only has 17000 miles and none or the managers have called back when i told tge guys in castle rock what they said they all laughed the owner Anthony has had messages on his desk for 3 weeks unless he h... read more
One of the guys provided excellent service; he tried to solve every issue and helped us with every request we had. He was very pleasant and kind. Two days later, we returned regarding the same deal terms to try and get a better offer, but we were assisted by a different guy. Honestly, his attitude was very arrogant and not helpful at all. He told us there was no way he could help us since we had already signed. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a dealership.
I went in for an oil change, and before they pull your car in they take pictures around the car and they roll the windows halfway down. Well my window on the driver side is off track and you barely push the button and you can really hear it, it's loud. They proceeded to roll my window down about 6in. at least and scraped my window tint. I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a manager to touch base with me about my damage.
