We came out of the mountains with an engine light on our Suburban. We just pulled into the service area without an appointment and talked to a service rep. He was kind enough to talk to us about our issue and run the computer diagnostic while we waited. Fortunately, the error codes indicated a problem that didn’t require immediate action. Really appreciate the support offered in the middle of our long road trip!
The service dept was great. I had to get to a Dr's appointment and she offered to give me a ride if my truck was not ready. She got it done in plenty of time for my appointment. Fantastic experience
