My case was unusual and there where some hiccups along the way, but the service advisors were very responsive to questions and communication. They took great care of me.
The man who met with me when I dropped off my car and was there when I picked it up was extremely pleasant and helpful. I believe his name was Ron and he deserves a raise. He informed me of a recall on my Equinox, and got that and the issue I was having with my car sorted out within a few hours after it had been dropped off when the maintenance was supposed to take 24 hours. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Foundation Chevy and their customer service. For over two weeks, I’ve repeatedly reached out regarding Warranty Solutions—an add-on package I purchased that is supposed to cover my vehicle’s interior. Each time, I’ve been given the runaround or conflicting information. No one I’ve spoken with has been able to clearly explain how the warranty works or help me get an appointment scheduled.
