extremely difficult to communicate with staff by phone
The service with this pharmacy is absolutely awful. I continue dealing with them because of our medically fragile son’s need for medication. The people on the phone are always friendly but, the wait times are extremely long and no one ever has the answers to simple insurance verification questions or when to expect your delivery.
