So far pretty solid experience with the service center. REALLY nice folks. Chasing an electrical gremlin right now so its not an easy fix. But I feel like they are doing their due diligence so I cannot complain. Dealer is always more pricey but I needed this done before I could wait 2 or 3 weeks for another opening in another shop so this is where I chose to go. No regrets so far! Nice facilities as well. The shuttle service was extremely helpful as well.

On August 28, I called for a service appointment and scheduled it for September 6, 2025. One day before the service, late in the day, I received a call saying that the part was not available and I had to come another day. The service staff (Ms. Mahsa) and another man who introduced himself as the service manager called me with a rude tone, even though I am the customer. If respecting customer rights and time were important to you, you had two weeks to arrange the part or at least contact me sooner. This demonstrates poor man... read more

WOW! What great customer service. A young girl called Romina helped with the car we picked/liked. She went out of the way to explain what other extra features that car had and was very helpful in the whole process of buying a car. We appreciated it .thank you Romina
