I contracted with F1 after having 3 companys bid the job of installing piers to level foundation. The problem persists, my house is still sinking and the basement floor is worse than before the work was done. I contacted them as I was given a lifetime warranty. Not worth the paper it's written on. Shady people, look elsewhere if you need foundation repair. Tim Porterfield

Had an excellent experience with Foundation 1. They were professional, efficient, and had good customer service from the project manager to the front office. Solid warranty, too. Happy with choosing them for my foundation needs.

I was getting some water in the corner of the finished basement. There was a visible crack on the outside in the same area. Foundation 1 can patched the wall and sealed it. Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem. Billy can out again and suggested an interior water drainage system and discounted the amount I paid for the outside work. So far, so good!!

We highly recommend Foundation 1 for your foundation repair. As background: We had foundation settlement in three areas of our house. One was the garage, which also had issues with the concrete pad supporting the steel support pole for second floor bedrooms. We selected Foundation 1 and two other companies to look at our problems, offer their solutions, and bid. All three companies had good reviews and are established companies in the community. Scheduling was easy, evaluator was friendly, walk me through everything I needed, and told me why I needed it done. Crew was amazing, cleaned up when it was done. Great service!
