Quality of work is terrible. They don’t even deserve a one star rating. Not professional at all. They shifted section of side walk 3” and now I have a new tripping hazard on another section. When expressing my concerns about the finished product upper management she would not speak to me directly. She would only respond through emails. If you want to waste your money this is the company to use.
The kitchen in our house is actually an addition with the deck built around it. And you can walk under the deck and the addition also. Well the existing jack post that were under the addition and holding it up were failing. We had a huge crack on our ceiling and walls that was getting bigger by the day. About a ¾ inch gap. Josh was super easy to work with along with his crew and my million and one questions! I would absolutely pick them again in a heart beat.
We had Foundation 1 repair our foundation in March 2020, it was an extensive repair and took over 2 weeks which we respected and was also very expensive. During the digging they hit and cut our waterline that goes from The garage to the meter. When they repaired it (and the crew did not report it to the supervisor or manager at the time) they did not use the correct tubing for an underground waterline and they also used shark bites.
