This place is a scam! Great location but rent for a double room was $2400 each which could get you a better single room somewhere else! Along with no AC for 5/10 weeks (room was 81 degrees at night) which we only got fixed by threatening to contact NYC housing authority, our shower did not drain, our bathroom was molding everywhere including our toilets which I did not know was possible. Worst living experience. I lived here for the summer during my internship and had endless problems. Not only was the air conditioning broken the entire time I was there, my shower head stopped working, the bathtub drain stopped working which prevented my roommate and I from being able to shower for 2 whole days, our refrigerator filter was broken, the walls are so insanely thin I was woken up multiple times in the middle of the night because of loud neighbors, cockroaches, and the worst was the poor wifi.
