Despite the good location, Found Study Columbia Heights has one of the worst internet connections I’ve ever experienced. It’s unbelievable that a student housing facility can lack proper Wi-Fi when we’re paying this much. The entire building depends on a single network, with no proper access points in the rooms or shared spaces. There’s barely any signal, and the Wi-Fi we rely on constantly drops. For a place meant to support students, this is completely unacceptable. I hope they can work on fixing it!

I had a great experience staying at Found Study Student Housing. The location was super convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and everything I needed as a student. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

This has been a great building to live in! The maintenance team is responsive to requests and the people who work at the front desk are super friendly and amazing (shoutout Debora especially). I love being so close to the Clark Street subway station and the amenities in the building are fantastic!
