The staff and Mr. Foulke are great, IF they think your case is worth millions of dollars! Otherwise, in my experience, the secretaries seem to take things personally, they completely lie, "legal malpractice" is something right on their very own website, as well the bar told me is something this firm handles, yet because the secretaries have decided I'm a nuisance they lie and say "No." The secretaries are frustrating to deal with, and the attorney, therefore, won't call you back.
