Be careful with this law firm. Their attorney, Michael Ranis, represented me until 2021. Shortly after, he told me he was leaving the firm to start his own practice. We eventually won my case, but there was a fee dispute because Mr. Ranis took more money than what we had agreed upon. What’s concerning is that, even now in 2025, he’s still listed on the firm’s website. About a year ago, someone named Mr. Foulke contacted me regarding a review I posted and asked me to take it down. Be careful this law firm is tricky. Their lawyer Michael Ranis represented me in 2021 but after a short period informed me he was leaving the firm to be independent. Long story short we won my case but there was a fee dispute because Ranis took more money than we agreed to. However, he’s still on their website today in 2025. The staff and Mr. Foulke are great, IF they think your case is worth millions of dollars! Otherwise, in my experience, the secretaries seem to take things personally, they completely lie, "legal malpractice" is something right on their very own website, as well the bar told me is something this firm handles, yet because the secretaries have decided I'm a nuisance they lie and say "No." The secretaries are frustrating to deal with, and the attorney, therefore, won't call you back.
