So I love been with Foughts for almost 2 years? Maybe longer? They were one of the easiest companies. A set it and forget it billing system. One of thr few that does residential dumpsters of 1 or 2 yard. And then...spring hit. I had called the previous year, yes grass clippings are ok. Yes leaves are ok. No need to bag. Gotcha. This year? They cant pick it up because it rained and the grass is heavy. AND its not on the cement. I’m a new cyclist to the Bloomsburg area. Noticed no one stops at the schools stop signs ether (a complete stop,always rolling go through.” Anyways, I don’t think anyone in Bloomsburg actually knows how to stop their cars at stop signs. Turns out, many of the drivers for Foughts in Bloomsburg are also cursed with the non-stopping at stop signs afflictions. I’ll do my best to record for the future. If you could please remind your drivers how to come to a complete stop, many of the cyclists in the area would thank yoy

Awful service. Pick and choose when they want to pick up your trash. My trash can sits outside all the time for animals to get it. I pay for WEEKLY service and they don’t care. “We’ll pick it up next week” when they run into their own operational issue (not holiday related). You don’t get a phone call, they don’t have a txt service to communicate. You’re just left to figure it out yourself. Office is rude and doesn’t care and will hang up on you.
