I don't understand why schools are using Fotomakers. They are a poor quality company. My kid's school (primary) uses them and their service is terrible. It is the 2nd time now that we have not received photos for one child. 1st time we paid online as it seemed a better idea than to send money to school. One of my kids haven't received their photos. I got in touch with Fotomakers, they denied any wrongdoing and asked me to send proof that we paid. Fortunately I had a record online and sent it to them. They then sent the photo... read more
Their photos are really bad. My kids’s shoool used Fotomakers WA for school photo and all photos were out of focus!! And you can only find out that fact after receiving your order because they only provide tiny resolution photos when you order them online!! Furthermore, it seems like they just wanted their job done as soon as possible and did NOT care about their models as some kids have such messy hair/ uniform in photos. I hope the school will NOT use them again in the future.
