Very nice guy I rented the car from him on Turo. I explained how expensive Turo was and how Turo was overcharging me when I was placed in one of his cars as a replacement for a different car. (The 1st car was paying $55 a day then when it broke down turo put me in a new car from this company but I didn’t know it was $90 a day. Amazingly personable and friendly highly recommend for renting a car
I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s car rental services on Turo. When I arrived at the pickup location via Uber from the airport, Toni, the host, canceled my reservation. Despite providing all requested documents promptly in our chat, he said they needed to be submitted elsewhere in the Turo’s app. When I asked for his guidance since I had never done that before, he refused abruptly and canceled the reservation harshly.
