My experience Dr Fotini's office was professional, friendly and a great experience. I brought a student from the inner city and she helped his situation and I was very impressed.
After 3 appointments, the last was the one that broke the camel's back. Dr. Dionisopoulos demonstrated a lack of professionalism I have not seen in the medical field. My child is afraid of needles and instead of providing assuring language, she raised her voice and threatened to keep my child there longer if he did not stop crying. Since he was crying, she asked her assistant to close the door. I could hear other patients crying as well.
