My assistant sent over wiring instructions prior to closing. It’s been a month since we closed and funds nor a confirmation have not been received .
We used Foti for our closing over a year ago and it was a huge mistake! We regret it to this day. Foti law firm promised to follow up on an issue after closing. It was Something they put in an addendum regarding a driveway cutout that wasn't completed.The seller did not follow through with the addendum, Foti never fought for our rights, yet all along they strung us along saying it was being worked on(yet it never was).
