Sheila was great to work with! Listened to what I was looking for, showed me different options in different price points and gave me all the information I needed to make an easy decision. Flexible delivery options. No pushy sales or hassle. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a great Canadian made trailer in the Lower Mainland.
Thank you Marc & Andrew the service was great - quick and efficient!
Bought a tool trailer from Factory Outlet Trailer Langley and the experience was outstanding. Shiela, Andrew, and every staff member who helped went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping rather than just selling. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly quick. If you’re looking for great service and a team that actually cares, this is the place
Communication has been great, prices are extremely fair and they have helped me pick out appropriate accessories that fit my budget. I had a few friends that recommend this place and I can see why.
Thanks for the chill sale Marc!
