Former renter my second review of them. The park manager tried to sue me after we gave them a month notice that we were moving out. We were on a month to month lease that renewed every month. Got told we weren't allowed to move out and still had to pay for the month that we weren't even living there. The whole park is also infested with roaches. At least 5 trailers have them. Not a good place or even decent to live. They have people there who watch your every move and will snitch to the manager on you no matter how small the... read more
