They don’t want to work on chainsaws if bought from a big box store. Told us take it back for a refund then go buy one from them.
I would give negative if I could. While purchasing they were very nice, which is why I decided to purchase my mower from them. Now after 2 months of purchase figured put the battery tray is messed and will not connect right and will not charge there for stops running. Called and Sandra was very kind trying to help. However when David Foster called he didn't want to help at all, just trying to get loud and not even letting me finish and want to charge me to pick it up to work on it at thier location.
