Tubes for bat removal were installed, late spring. $700 later, the work has still not been completed, and one tube is disconnected. We have called multiple times, and the promise for "tomorrow" or "next week" is given. As is, bats will reenter. A full refund would be accepted so we could pursue another business for help, but our last phone conversation ended abruptly when he hung up. Do not use this business! Seth will not come to complete his work. It’s been over a month and he still has not returned to do about 20-30min worth of work to remove bat exclusion tubes. I have let him choose the days he would like to come out 5 times but he has still not shown up. The last time we talked he said”I don’t have anything going on today” but still never showed. Fosters Wildlife Control Service has no integrity!
We had a woodchuck. Fosters came right out trapped it and got it. They were prompt, and very coutereous. Would recommend.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! Worst company I've ever worked with! I had them come out on 6-2 AFTER having to re-schedule a week later. They did get the bats out of my attic but have not returned to remove their equipment and seal up my house! I have called them multiple times and get the same story "we'll be out there this week" and no one shows up! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!
