I had a great experience with Josh at this Ryobi-authorized repair shop. He was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. Josh went above and beyond, calling Ryobi multiple times to figure out the warranty status for my tool. Even though it turned out the warranty had expired, he kept me informed every step of the way.
