Brian is awesome. Very clean punctual and hard working. He made the best of a tough situation. I was hoping it was gonna be easy for him like in and out. He was even willing to explain things to me and how they work.
They were quick to get back to me and set up an appointment which was awesome. They gave me a timeframe of 10 AM to 12 PM. However, I was expecting a courtesy. Call to let me know when they would be here. I never got one. They just showed up. He then inspected the issue and was easily able to identify it. He did not have the part so he had to leave and come back. No pricing or anything like that was discussed ahead of time. The guys were great that came to my place. Reassured me of concerns from a past service from another company. Didn’t try to push more expensive repairs that weren’t truly needed.
