Brian was responsive, friendly, prompt, and professional. We needed a kitchen faucet and soap dispenser, tub spout, and outdoor hose bib replaced. Also needed a bathroom drain cleaned. He checked the drain in the kitchen too. He was informative and patiently answered all our questions about water softeners and instant hot water heaters. Communications and scheduling were excellent. I had a very unpleasant and concerning experience with a driver from David Foster Plumbing today Feb. 14 at 18:00. I was making a legal right turn on red while their driver was turning left on green. I had more than enough time and space to complete my turn safely on intersection of Bradley Blvd./Seven Locks, Potomac MD. Despite this, the driver began honking his horn aggressively and continuously for an extended period of time.
