When we stayed at the end of August, a worker in the hotel bar rudely poked my partner, and continued to glance and look at her multiple times while we sat there. I don't think lonely staff should be pestering hotel guests who politely ignore you and clearly wish to be left alone. Our meals were sadly not good. I would go as far as saying this was one of the worst meals I’ve had at a restaurant. The flavours did not jive. I had the portobello steak with polenta. My partner had the blackened cod and it was underdone. Big bill for poor food. They missed the mark on our two meals. We would never go back even though staff and atmosphere were lovely and close to Avon theatre
It was a pleasant meal
Our server Damian took great care of our group at the restaurant! Service was efficient, drinks were delicious, and the food was wonderful. We had a good laugh over Damian’s note of !!!GLUTEN ALLERGY!!! for one of the guests, who appreciated his diligence. Thank you for a lovely meal!
