We have used Foster's twice. The first hot tub delivery was done by the son and a friend and they did fantastic. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the delivery. The second and last time we used Foster's the owner, the older gentlemen, delivered our hot tub. We paid for the hot tub to be delivered and put on our back porch. I highly recommend Jerry for your hot tub repair needs! He is punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. After spending countless $ on “repairs” and no resolution, I thought I was going to be donating my unit for scrap. I gave Foster’s a call with one last ditch effort in hopes that all was not lost. I am happy to report we are up and running again! Thank you Jerry!
I can't say enough great things about Foster's Hot Tub Repair! From their quick responsiveness to their ease of communication, everything was top-notch. The pricing is very fair, and I truly appreciated their professionalism. If any issues arise in the future, I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
Told us he would come and never did 3 different times. Plus charges $80 just to show up whether he does anything or not. We do not recommend mostly bc he left us hanging
