I have ordered flowers with Fosters several occasions. They have been polite and professional. I am very pleased with their service Mary M
customer service representative was unprofessional and rude on the phone. My boyfriend placed a SPECIFIC order on line then also called to verify they got the order. This was for my mom in the hospital. I found out it was the wrong arrangement. When I called, she "reviewed" the order and said that it showed we opted for a potential substitute. I had ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day when flowers when were essential. I have spent money a great deal of money with fosters flowers in the past before then. These people were 5 days late on delivery which in my case and opinion is pure laziness...take it from me if you are lookin for prompt service with a smile in the mcalester ok area please consider town & country or manns florists....FOSTERS FLOWERS DOES BAD BUSINESS....PURE LAZINESS!!!!
