Very friendly people.
I recently had Foster's Automotive do the following service work on my 2003 Mercedes SL500: oil change, transmission fluid change, brake fluid change, coolant fluid change, total front and back brake replacements, two batteries replaced, alternator replaced, and general engine diagnostics. Matt and his team were excellent in every respect. They communicated well and explained everything perfectly. No surprises, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend their services.
I broke down about 18 miles away. I called and told them what was going on. They gave me advice on how to make it to them and said they would diagnose and get me back on the road! Got to the shop, diagnosed, got parts and had me back on the road in what seemed less than 2 hours. Great service and very professional! Great conversation as I waited as well! Definitely recommend!
I brought my VW Passat TDI in with "Turbo Underboost" - Matt found that the turbo was making a sound that suggested bearing failure due to oil starvation. He was very straight forward with me in discussing my options based on the age and value of the car. I decided to proceed with the work and they completed the repair for around $500 less than Matt's original estimate because he found that there were a couple parts that they didn't need to replace that he had included in his original estimate!
